After seeing the challenges facing small to mid-sized enterprises that simply could not justify hiring a full-time Human Resource professional, Wendy Giuffre started her company, Wendy Ellen Inc., in 2005 to provide a diverse and broad range of outsourced HR services to these businesses. We have worked with many different business sectors, both for-profit and not-for-profit.

Our goal is to help you with the people side of your business in the most simplistic yet legislatively compliant manner. We strive for a grassroots, highly collaborative model emphasizing face-to-face communication with employees and management, and as little policy and bureaucracy as possible. We want your employees to love to come to work for you!
