As a human resource generalist, she has experience dealing with a wide range of people management issues from the day to day to the more complex. Wendy's firm but empathetic approach is based on her practical experience and her knowledge of the human rights and legal aspects of managing people.
After seeing the challenges facing small to mid-sized enterprises which simply could not justify hiring a full-time Human Resource professional, Wendy started her company and developed a skilled team to provide complete outsourced HR services to a range of sectors:
